By using RoadWave (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Safe use & driving

RoadWave is intended for hands-free use, or for use while stopped, parked, or as a passenger. Do not hold your device, type, or look at the screen while driving. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and for complying with all traffic and distracted-driving laws in your area. RoadWave is an informational tool and must not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.

You must be old enough to hold a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit in your jurisdiction, or be a passenger using the Service responsibly.

Voice messages you send (“Road-Waves”) are broadcast to other users near you and are temporary — they are automatically deleted a short time after sending. You retain ownership of your recordings, and you grant RoadWave a limited license to transmit and briefly store them to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you say.

5. Moderation

Other users can mute you on their own devices. We may remove content or restrict access that we believe violates these Terms, at our discretion.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Road-Waves will be delivered, heard, accurate, or timely.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadWave and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any accident, injury, or loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
